                  Seating's:  Early Seating's: 5:00, 5:30, 6:00 & 6:30pm - $75 per person                Late Seating's: 8:15, 8:45 , 9:15, & 9:45pm reservations - $95 per person – Includes Champagne Toast & Party Favors

First Course

Lobster Bisque

Vegetarian Lentil Soup

Shrimp Cocktail  Classic jumbo shrimp chilled & served with cocktail sauce

Brie Almondine  Served with strawberry preserves, crisp apple slices & crostinis

Curried Scallops  Fresh pan seared sea scallops in a curry cream sauce with onions & butter

Ahi Tuna Sashimi Blackened, pan seared, sliced & served rare with soy sauce, ginger, & wasabi

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms  Lump blue crabmeat stuffed in mushroom & baked in Alfredo sauce

Tomato Bruschetta  Tomato, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette & crumbled feta cheese. Served with crostinis.

Second Course

Greek or Caesar Salad

Third Course

Fresh Catch of the Day  Pan seared & served with a white wine, lemon-butter & caper sauce. Served with linguini.

 Lobster & Filet Mignon Combo  5oz Angus filet mignon grilled to order, served with a red wine peppercorn sauce & paired with 5oz of Caribbean lobster tail sliced into medallions, cooked in butter, cream, sherry wine & Romano cheese. Served with garlic mashed potatoes.

Steak au Poivre  12 ounce New York Strip, grilled to perfection, served with a red wine peppercorn sauce & garlic mashed potatoes.

Shrimp & Scallops  Sautéed in white wine, fennel, garlic, butter & a splash of Pernod (Anise).  Served with linguini.

Duck L’ Orange  Half roasted duck glazed with a traditional orange Grand Marnier sauce.  Served with seasoned rice.

Chicken Rollatini   Baked & stuffed with eggplant, zucchini, carrot, prosciutto & mozzarella cheese. Served with linguini.                    

Veggie Cutlet   Made with spinach, carrots, mushrooms, potatoes, peas, parmesan, garlic & special seasonings. Served with teriyaki mushroom gravy & paired with penne pesto.
